Standard shipping for bikes typically takes 7-10 business days. Each bike undergoes a professional pre-delivery inspection and tuning before being securely packed for transit.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all bikes and accessories. Items must be in original, unridden condition with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping fees for bikes may apply.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Size guides are available on every product page. We recommend measuring your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer financing options?

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
