Securely pack the bicycle components or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective materials are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
